Seligman Fire District serves a rural community in northern Arizona along historic Route 66, covering a large geographic area made up of desert terrain, open highway, and remote residential zones. The department provides fire suppression, rescue, and emergency response services across long distances with limited nearby resources.
Community & Response
The district’s response environment includes extended travel times, limited water supply, and a wide range of incident types—from wildland fires to vehicle accidents and rescue calls. This brush/rescue unit is designed to meet those demands, combining off-road capability with a versatile body and enclosed pump package for added protection and reliability in harsh conditions. The apparatus enhances Seligman’s ability to operate independently and respond effectively across its expansive and demanding coverage area.
