Department Overview
Klamath County Fire District 4 serves the community of Klamath Falls and its surrounding areas in southern Oregon. The district covers 200+ square miles, encompassing a mix of suburban neighborhoods, agricultural lands, and forested terrain with a population of approximately 22,000.
Community & Response
Given the district’s size and limited hydrant infrastructure in outlying zones, this water tender provides essential supply support for both wildland and structure fires. It enhances water shuttle capabilities over long distances, particularly in the summer fire season.
