Department Overview
Jackson County Fire District #5 serves the City of Phoenix, Oregon, and surrounding communities across the Rogue Valley. The department provides fire suppression, EMS, and rescue services through a combination of career and volunteer firefighters operating multiple stations across southern Jackson County.
Community & Response
The district covers both urban and wildland-urban interface areas that were heavily impacted by the 2020 Almeda Fire. The new E-ONE HP75 Aerial enhances operational capability for structure response, rescue, and elevated master stream operations—supporting ongoing recovery efforts and improving readiness for future large-scale incidents across the valley.
