Department Overview
Located in southwestern Idaho, Middleton Rural Fire District serves the communities of Middleton and Star with a combined coverage area of over 65 square miles. The district protects a population of around 23,000 residents across both rural and suburban zones west of Boise.
Community & Response
This high-capacity tender supports structure protection in areas without hydrant systems. It’s critical for maintaining suppression efforts during extended rural fire operations, especially along expanding residential corridors between Boise and Caldwell.
