Utilizing CAD design we are able to provide your department with proofs of every aspect of your project - before construction even begins you can view a full 3D model of your apparatus to approve every decal, discharge, or dimension.

Innovative Hybrid-Style Body Design
The proprietary SWEV Model 1 Body blends the versatility of a traditional service body with the robust strength of a flatbed. This hybrid design delivers exceptional approach and departure angles for superior off-road performance. A unique notched L1/R1 transverse compartment with a smooth outer door combines topside and underbody storage, maximizing space efficiency while maintaining durability and functionality.
Built to Withstand the Toughest Conditions
- Chassis: Choose between the Ram 5500 or Ford F-550, equipped with 6.7L Cummins or 6.7L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel engines, 4x4 drivetrain, and heavy-duty suspension. Both platforms include a 60” cab-to-axle length and a 19,500 lbs GVWR rating for maximum payload capacity.
- Tank: A 400-gallon UPF poly tank with an integrated 12-gallon foam cell (larger or smaller tank sizes available with alternative L1/R1 configurations).
- Pump Options: The Darley 1-1/2AGE 24K or 2BE 24K diesel pumps are powered directly by the chassis fuel system, ensuring efficient, reliable performance with exceptional flow rates for diverse suppression needs.
- Body Construction: The all-aluminum SWEV Model 1 Body by Highway Products is powder-coated to match the chassis color, accented in black for a striking visual profile. Lightweight yet strong, it is corrosion-resistant and durable under extreme conditions.
- Plumbing: Constructed from stainless steel with Akron valves, providing superior durability and leak resistance, backed by a 10-year warranty.
